Reoccurring Dreams

There are a lot of methods of dream interpretation – I use the Phyllis Krystal method. In this method we assign special importance to reoccurring dreams. I have been having a very unpleasant dream for over a decade. It appears in slight variations, but the core story is always the same: I pack my bags, for I am leaving some place for good (moving to another town). I find it very hard to leave things at the place where I used to live. They are always some very old and completely useless things like old clothes I will never wear again or old newspapers, sometimes even some rotten food. So I keep...

Cutting the Ties to Worrying

In my previous blog I wrote about the last session of Phyllis Krystal Method training program in October 2010. I described a ritual that we did at the seminar. First we examined the problematic roles that we play in our lives in one meditation. In another meditation we cut the ties to the most problematic role. Cutting the Ties in Munich

I have promised to write a blog about the Phyllis Krystal Method Training Program, Session 2, which took place in Munich from the 28th till the 31th of October 2010. In Phyllis Krystal Method we cut the ties to people and things that control us. When we then cut the ties to a person, his or her control over us stops, but it also works vice versa – we stop our control over him or her as well. Thus we can all become free. Freedom means that we are in contact...

My Last Year On-Line

In a way, the last month was a milestone for me: It has been a year since I started writing my blog (my first post was on the 12th October of 2009). The idea of having a dedicated web site matured and has already been realized to some degree. This is after one year of posting the blog on other web sites (like: e-blogger,  healthyplace.com, social.realmentalhealthsite.com, experienceproject.com). These are the two reasons why I have decided to give you some feedback about my forty or so posts. I thought it might be interesting to see which posts were most “popular”. Below is a table of 10 posts...

Tired but happy

Today, I arrived back home. I took a part in a four-day Phyllis Krystal Training Program, Session 2, which was held in Munich, Germany. Four days in a row, 8 hours (with breaks) of listening to Phyllis and actively participating in exercises. Now I am tired. And happy at the same time. Why? I will write more about it in my next posts. Take care, Helena ...
