The last Monday was so exciting for me, that I had to take all week off to calm down. First of all, it was the first working day after one-week-holidays. But most of all, two things happened last Monday, the 17th of January. Firstly, I received the copy of my book at around 2.30 PM. The second thing was a visit to my psychiatrist, scheduled at 4.15 PM.
I was somehow expecting the book, but again, not so soon. While preparing the meal, the bell rang. It was DHL service and I knew it was the book. Suddenly, my heart pulse rose. I could not wait, I opened the parcel immediately. Yes, it was the book. In...

It was not some kind of my personal enlightenment. It was simply my mental illness. About ten years ago most of the then-existent movie theaters in the city where I lived gradually got replaced with big modern movie theaters. And the original ones transformed to other purpose theaters. The new movie theaters came with many cinema halls. They were equipped with the latest technology, for example, with surround sound system and other. Movie theaters became a place crowded with people. Firstly, sometimes one shares a wish with someone else. For example a couple may wish for a child. That is easy. But what if one wants a child and the partner does not want to be a parent. Sometimes time solves such dilemmas, sometimes a coincidence, some couples might even break up. It is a tough case. But there are easier ones too. Let’s take holidays for example. He wants to go...

Has my last blog maybe inspired you to write down your wishes and think about them? Do you find you could abandon some wishes in order to reduce stress in your life? Mind your basic needs and your responsibilities towards other people of course. You probably should not cross out your “wish to eat healthy food”, for in my opinion this is our basic need. Similarly you probably should not cross out your wish to be a reliable employee or a reliable employer, for this is our responsibility, not our wish.
There is another aspect of wishes next to their number that can be examined. Are those wishes on...
